why earth is special ?

Earth, our home planet, this planet is more than just a piece of rock flying in space. Earth is one of the only planets which can sustain life. But how the earth can nourish one of the most intelligent life forms ever found the Humans, 

The Earth is fortunate to have several ways to protect its Earthlings.

Firstly, the earth lies in the goldilocks zone which means water can be found in a liquid state here(i am neglecting its dependence on pressure for now), its size is just perfect to hold an atmosphere above its surface.

Secondly, its neighboring planets always protect it from asteroids i.e Jupiter and Saturn 

The next factor is, that our solar system exists very far from the Galactic Center which subsequently prevents the invasion of the massive amount of cosmic rays to enter the solar system which can be responsible for the mass destruction of life.

The fewer numbers of stars in our galaxy, which made it less violent than other galaxies, 

 And lastly our luck, the earthling are  very fortunate,  they have witnessed a gamma-ray burst, super luminous explosions like 15LH, and many more, but all of these events got weakened till reaching earth which safeguarded it from mass destruction,

But being fortunate years ago doesn't mean we are safe now, this universe is very uncertain, who knows if a comet be heading toward us, or if our nearest neutron star got explode gamma-ray bursts, who knows, 

By the humans has a backup plan destroy itself which is climate change.
